About this teaching
Having the mind of Christ means seeing beyond human limitations into God’s redemptive plan for all people. In Acts 10, Peter received a vision from heaven that challenged tradition, revealing that God’s acceptance was not limited to one group. He witnessed the Holy Spirit being poured out on Cornelius and his household, illustrating that no one is beyond God’s reach. Acts 11 recounts Peter’s explanation to fellow believers, emphasizing the divine nature of this revelation. By renewing our minds and embracing God’s perspective, we learn to welcome all into His kingdom, reflecting Christ’s heart of mercy, unity, and love forever.
