About Our Church
A community of believers deeply rooted in the Bible and committed to pursuing holiness in the fear of God
Our Mission
Christian Fellowship Calgary is a community of believers deeply rooted in the Bible and committed to pursuing holiness in the fear of God. We believe in the complete work of Jesus Christ, which has defeated the power of sin and iniquity, bringing life and immortality to light.
Our focus is on the restoration and revival of true worship and living for God's glory in these last days. By taking our place in the Body of Christ, we live out the principles of the Bible in our daily lives, sharing the love and grace of Jesus with others.
"Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks."
John 4:23
"To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory."
Colossians 1:27
"But in fact God has placed the parts in the body, every one of them, just as he wanted them to be."
1 Corinthians 12:18
The Pillars of Our Church
Christ at the Center
We place Jesus Christ at the center of everything we do, recognizing Him as the head of the church and the cornerstone of our faith.
Colossians 1:18, Ephesians 2:20
Living for God's Glory
We dedicate ourselves to glorifying God in all we do, as we reflect the hope of glory that comes from Christ living in us.
Colossians 1:27, 1 Corinthians 10:31
Reflecting God's Holiness
We pursue holiness and righteousness in our daily lives, striving to be set apart as God's holy people in a world of darkness.
1 Peter 1:15-16, 2 Corinthians 7:1
Taking Your Place in the Body
We recognize that each believer has a unique place and purpose in the Body of Christ, and we encourage everyone to fulfill their God-given calling.
1 Corinthians 12:18, Ephesians 4:16
Our Vision
We bless the Lord that in His providence, He has made it possible for us to network in the burden of the Lord in these last days regarding the restoration of the tabernacle of David, bearing the image of Christ - Sonship - death to self and reaching for the throne - pressing on towards the goal to win the prize of God's.
"In that day I will restore David's fallen shelter—I will repair its broken walls and restore its ruins—and will rebuild it as it used to be."
Amos 9:11; Acts 15:16
"And just as we have borne the image of the earthly man, so shall we bear the image of the heavenly man."
1 Corinthians 15:49
"Therefore let us move beyond the elementary teachings about Christ and be taken forward to maturity... I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus."
Hebrews 6:1; Philippians 3:13-14
This work of the Kingdom, we believe, is primarily characterized by the call of God for the Bride to "come up hither." God is preparing His Bride for Himself. So the Bride must come out of Babylon.
"After this I looked, and there before me was a door standing open in heaven. And the voice I had first heard speaking to me like a trumpet said, 'Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after this.'"
Revelations 4:1
"Therefore, 'Come out from them and be separate, says the Lord. Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you.' And, 'I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.'"
2 Corinthians 6:17-18
"Then I heard another voice from heaven say: 'Come out of her, my people, so that you will not share in her sins, so that you will not receive any of her plagues.'"
Revelation 18:4
Babylon speaks of the apostate church system that masquerades as a bride but is not. Church is not a business and no man owns or heads the church.
"One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven last plagues came and said to me, 'Come, I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb.'"
Revelation 21:9
We believe that in this hour, God is doing the work of cleansing and preparing His Bride, His Church, the Glorious Body of Christ for the reign of His Kingdom. So, we say "come Lord Jesus."
"He who testifies to these things says, 'Yes, I am coming soon.' Amen. Come, Lord Jesus. The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God's people. Amen."
Revelation 22:20-21
